Tamgu. No.11

• Purpose: Tamgu 11 conducts oceanographic observation in the South Sea and stock assessment. It also carries out monitoring and surveys on HABs and sanitation surveys in shellfish aquaculture farms in waters of Gamack-bay and Norodo and Gangjin-bay of the south coast of Korea. The vessel participates in research on recovery of arkshell aquaculture and mechanism of organic pollution to carry out FDA sanitation inspection, to secure seafood safety and to boost income of fishermen.
