• Purpose: Tamgu 10 conducts oceanographic observation in the South Sea and coastal stock assessment. It also carries out monitoring and surveys on HABs, studies on disease of aquatic organisms, surveys on ichthyoplankton and shellfish toxicity and cage aquaculture. The vessel is also involved in research on aquafarm management in coastal areas and management technology for offshore aquafarm. These researches are to secure seafood safety and increase fishermen's income.
