Mr. Shengyao Tang, the Head of the FAO Partnership and Liaison Office (PLO) in Korea, visited the National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS). The President of NIFS and the Head of the FAO PLO had a welcome talk, discussing the future plan for establishing the partnership between fisheries institutes worldwide.
