The National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the cooperation in the field of fisheries science with the National Directorate of Aquatic Resources of Uruguay in Montevideo, Uruguay on October 12, and is has opened the new era of fisheries cooperation in South America. |
