The National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS) signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Marine Biodiversity Institute (MABIK) on April 21 for securing and managing the marine fisheries resources, which are essential to fisheries bio-engineering research and bio-industry technology development.
