*Annual Scapharca subcrenata yields: 8,995 tons  in 2019, 6,177 tons in 2022, and 4,456 tons in 2024 

-2.1in 2024 compared to 2010, and was 2.0-2.1higher in 2024 compared to the 15-year average bottom water temperature. The Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)* also increased 1.6-2.5 fold in 2024 compared to 2010.

*COD helps determine the level of pollution in water by indicating the amount of organic and inorganic substances present. Higher COD indicates greater pollution of severe eutrophication and organic accumulation.
