NIFS participated in Wan-do Seaweed Expo 2017 (April 14-May 7), and introduced not only its research results about new seaweed varieties development and the new varieties protection system but also the sea flavor removal technology. In particuar, the food sampling for bread containing sea mustard was very well received by visitors.
