The West Sea is a continental shelf with wide tidal flats and estuaries. It is home to a variety of marine life. Based on the natural conditions, WSFRI is carrying out remarkable scientific researches such as restoration of aquatic resources by the management of marine ecosystem and aquaculture industrialization.
